Tim Shelburn
Timothy (Tim) Shelburn is a serial entrepreneur and investor with over 35 years of experience fostering loyalty, creativity, and the ability turn potential into opportunity that has led multiple organizations into previously uncharted markets.
As a trusted advisor among CEOs, visionaries, and co-investors, Shelburn has leveraged his innovative product development and technical expertise to build distinctive organizations, utilizing his strong networking capabilities to creatively cross-market businesses across multiple channels. Some of Shelburn’s greatest achievements include the co-creation of one of the first internet via satellite services, which ultimately competed with AT&T; the invention of the multi-country patented Double Ball Roulette casino game, which was debuted at the 2013 Global Gaming Expo; the engineering and casino placement of Prize Gaming Tables, which was then strategically marketed through product placement on various television networks, including History Channel’s famous Counting Cars. He has also partnered and launched over five restaurants and three retail clothing stores across the Nation.
In 2017, bankruptcies in the retail sector intensified leading to a spike in store closings; Shelburn immediately pioneered a momentum shift and partnered with various management groups to incorporate unique experiences to shoppers leveraging the underutilized space. He co-founded and built HeadzUp Vegas, a 24,610 sq. ft. family attraction facility that featured a 3D trick art museum, escape rooms, archery tag arena, and axe throwing cages; Rex Center; an indoor family centric amusement park with mini golf, go-karts, laser tag, rock climbing, and axe throwing; and Step Right Up, another experience attraction which included interactive 3D Trick Art, 3D projection mapping, Illusion mirror rooms, old-fashion carnie games, axe throwing, and one-of-a-kind escape rooms. In partnership with Joe Cortez, Shelburn contributed to the first brick and mortar Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame attracting boxing fans from around the globe, which until then, only existed virtually since 2013.
In 2020, the pandemic did not stop Shelburn. He built and operated 100+ rapid testing clinics providing free COVID-19 & Flu testing services Nationwide. Collection Sites, LLC generated over $100M in sales in 16 months and was later sold to Medivolve, Inc.

Chad Doher
Chad Doher is a life-long entrepreneur. After graduating college, he helmed his family’s 50-year-old residential & commercial roofing company. He later started an automotive dealership and collision shop whose success allowed him to expand his holdings to include a large real estate portfolio, a mortgage company, a chain of restaurants, and several trucking & limousine companies.
After being introduced to some of the top media experts over 15 years ago, Doher used his entrepreneurial prowess and their years of media knowledge and contacts, creating a boutique media agency whose current media clients include some of the largest companies and brands in the hospitality, development, entertainment and product sectors.

Wayne Jefferies
Wayne F. Jefferies brings a diverse background as an entertainment expert, producer, and media executive with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. A Las Vegas resident for the past 25 years, Jefferies is one of the valley’s pioneers in the development of bars, restaurants and small to medium sized businesses. His accomplishments are highlighted by many ‘firsts’ in his chosen industries including live entertainment, television, medical services, financial management spaces and has become a trusted partner with numerous business operations both the Las Vegas area and nationwide.
Jefferies has number of very notable successes, which include not only producing over 1,000 major concerts nationwide, but is most recognized for the creation, management, and sale of the highest-rated television series on The History Channel (A&E Network), Pawn Stars. With over 550 episodes and counting, the Las Vegas-filmed series chronicles the daily activities at the world-famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop. Pawn Stars and American Restoration, another History Channel American reality television series that chronicles the daily activities at Rick’s Restorations, are still in production today.
Currently, Jefferies and his company, Deep Dream Immersive, have partnered with Constellation Immersive, an affiliate of the leading entertainment and sports agency, Creative Artists Agency (CAA); and Lumnistella Company, a global intellectual property company dedicated to bringing Santa’s North Pole to life for children around the world through consumer products, original entertainment, and iconic brand experiences including “The Elf on the Shelf”, “Elf Pets”, and “Elf Mates”. Together, the companies collaborate with iconic talent and brands to create inspiring spaces at the intersection of pop culture, storytelling, design, and technology. 2020 marked the first major success (sold-out) in the immersive theater business of “The Elf on the Shelf Holiday Journey”. In 2021, the production expanded to multiple major cities across the United States and will return for record-breaking sales in the 2022-23 holiday season.
Additionally, over the last 14 years, Jefferies shares business development experience, as owner, operator, and developer in the medical services space. He built Sierra Medical Services into a $75M medical lien company, which stands as the largest locally owned and operated company in the state of Nevada. In addition to Sierra, Jefferies has partnered with over 100 service providers and brick and mortar providers in the medical services industry.
Jefferies also raised more than $200M for the development of various business enterprises. His current and past partners include the multi-billion-dollar Cordish Company; Lady Luck Gaming Company; Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood Florida; and Charlie Palmer Steak D.C (to name a few). Jefferies is also known for advancing money to plaintiffs in personal injury cases through his company, Sierra Settlement Funding.
Jefferies is originally from Oxfordshire, England where he lived until 1977. He then split his time between San Diego and England until 1983 before moving to Las Vegas where he currently resides. Jefferies is currently engaged and is a proud father of two sons and two grandchildren.

Michael Williams
With over 30 years in the entertainment industry as a recording artist, singer/songwriter, producer, percussionist, choreographer and Executive Producer, Michael Williams has established himself as an innovator and a sought after producer in his field.
The founder and co-founder of Michael Williams Productions, Williams Edmonds Media Group (w/Kenny “Babyface Edmonds & Family), the OMNIS Streaming platform and MWP Entertainment Group, this 3-time Emmy nominated producer has worked with talented artists such as: Beyoncé on her “I Am Tour/Minneapolis Benefit”, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Alabama Shakes, Kings of Leon, and The Black Keys. He was the producer who launched BottleRock Music Festival in Napa, CA, and produced aspects of the legendary hologram performance of Tupac at Coachella. Pepsi has hired Mr. Williams twice to stage and produced the performances for the Super Bowl half time show. Michael is the co-founder of MMG, a production, digital clearinghouse and media management company. He is also the co-founder & Musical Director (MD) of The Roster Management (“RM”), a firm that manages a plethora of musicians, songwriters, and producers. Forever passionate about music, Michael not only oversees the business affairs for the talented producers, The Audibles, he also acts as their lead percussionist. A brilliant collective who in 2017 received 2 Grammy nominations for their work on Justin Bieber’s album titled “Purpose” and recently produced Justin’s latest and number 1 hit “Intentions”.
Michael is also an industry leader in the field of live streaming, in 2009 he aligned with Microsoft as a media partner in the launch of Silverlight, helped co-found the world’s leading streaming company “iStream Planet” and has a global distribution deal with Sony Entertainment Network. He was invited and spoke at the USC Marshall School of Businesses inaugural summit “Scale”, with other notable speakers like Willow Bay and Robert Iger. On July 28th, 2016, Michael spoke at the Democratic National Convention on Public Private Partnerships in Entertainment and Technology.
Michael orchestrated one of the first and most highly recognized online concerts “Snoop Dogg & Friends” and founded the immensely popular landmark concert series “Billboardlive.com” with Neilson and Billboard Magazine. The latter of which afforded the groundbreaking producer the opportunity to work with A-List stars such as; Alicia Keys, Imogen Heap, and Daughtry, amongst others.
